Having just turned four years old, I am very excited to announce a major new milestone for Wellingtons. We have joined up with Agent & Homes, a fast-growing partnership of like-minded professional estate agents in London, Surrey, and Hampshire.

This next step on our journey will benefit both the continued growth of Wellingtons in Camberley and the surrounding areas, and even more importantly, each one of our current and future clients too.

 

What’s the reason behind this step?

Agent & Homes share my ethos and vision entirely. Our partnership not only offers exciting opportunities and expanded services for all of our clients, but also a unique connection to property buyers and tenants, that local agents cannot match. 

The highly personal service that Wellingtons is renowned for, will not change! I will now be able to help more clients, as I will have an experienced and dynamic support team behind me relieving me from the time constraints of admin and accounts. 

This partnership will mean Wellingtons will be able to:

• Showcase clients’ properties on even more property portals
• Our clients' properties will benefit from even greater visibility, Agent & Homes have a vast database of buyers (and tenants) registered to which we will be able to use and market our properties. This gives us an unrivalled ability to get our clients' properties in front of thousands of active buyers
• And, now we can offer a full lettings and management service to Landlords

Why Agent & Homes? 

It was important for me to work with a partner with whom we share a common ethos, and that’s what I found with Agent & Homes. 

They share my desire for excellence, and for providing the best customer service possible, and always achieving the best price for our clients.

Lastly, the post-Covid exodus of home buyers moving from Greater London out to Surrey, Berkshire and beyond has accelerated. And I fully expect more people to continue down this now well-trodden path (which is in fact, what we ourselves did when moving to Camberley from SW London some 12 years ago!). In joining up with Agent & Homes – who have roots and extensive existing networks in London – my hope and expectation is that Wellingtons and our clients will benefit from this trend.

 

What else will change?

Nothing! Everything else about how we operate and the relationship-based, personalised service we provide our clients will remain the same. When founding Wellingtons in 2020, it was partly with the mission to positively change opinions of estate agents – and I firmly believe this is a progressive step that will help Wellingtons to do this for even more people moving forward.
