For us as agents, CoStar have unrivalled tech, they've committed to spend £46.5 million on marketing in the first full year (that's 3x more than Rightmove's), but most importantly, they have a proven track record of success! 

It's no wonder shares in Rightmove have been rocked since news of this takeover came to light.
